    #1 ate pretty well, some really healthy stuff, some stuff a bit questionable but not terrible
    #2 Went for a loooong walk by myself without my phone and ended up doing some light body weight training
    #3 Did some positive and uplifting reading

  15. Time to bump this thread again. I realized that this is a very useful tool for perfectionists who only think about their failures.
    Yesterday's wins:
    • Went to Gymnastics, noticed my handstands and hollow body are much stronger
    • Attended Portuguese class and learned about past tense which was very interesting
    • Completed my full evening stretch sequence and went to bed immediately
