15 years old newbie

Hi everyone, I'm Abhishek, I'm 15 year old currently a student. I started watching porn since I was 13, I wasn't aware of this addiction and felt fascinating about it. I've few friends but they aren't very close to me. I got to know the demerits of this addiction later but that time I was addicted to it. I have started feeling low confident and degraded mental health. I wanted someone to talk to me about this and be confident about life together.

I wanted to end this addiction asap to build and grow in my life and achieve great heights. I'm planning my first goal to be of 21 days and later increase gradually.
