Did you try to improve your social skills? Did you try to improve your speaking by talking to strangers or friends? Did you do anything beside nofap troughout those 200 days to improve your situation? If not, there is no progress indeed.

Unfortunately Nofap was never a cure all but people continue to sell it like it is.

it's much harder to do that during COVID.

But yeah, he should try more of what you said. Especially when things improve.

I am sorry about your situation. You should probably seek medical help. Nofap won't solve this issue.

If it's worse than before you quit then it could very well just be prolonged withdrawal.

Porn is just like any other drug, in the short-term it makes you feel better and calmer but in the long term it just adds to your anxiety so it becomes a vicious cycle where you medicate yourself with the same thing that's causing the problem in the first place. Once you cut it out your anxiety levels will rise because your brain isn't getting what it's used to, in time though this should gradually subside to more healthy levels.

Maybe there is an underlying reason for your anxiety but the link to porn shouldn't be so easily dismissed. You said before that you PMO'd 20+ times in one day before this so we're not talking about someone who had a light addiction of a couple of times a week here, that level of behaviour is obviously going to have a detrimental effect on anyone's health.

  11. I think your social skills are just straight up bad.
You need to find ways to improve your skills in that department.

I was not THIS bad .. I never had problem talking to my Family.. But Now when I talk I only focus on how my lips are moving while talking .. I feel like not able to move my lips properly... and I cant Laugh also when I am with anyone... I have to fake my laugh which looks wierd to others

  13. Dude. I'm telling you the solution here. Nofap won't help you here. You need to get out there and grin your teeth fam. It's gonna be mad cringe but so what? In the end, you'll be able to talk again. Just go fam.
