    40 days – You try to pass through Caradhras but the PMO forces were strong there. You make a detour to the Dwarven Realm of Moria.
    My elf is starting to develop an obsession with Axes : )

    Feeling good and going strong. Lately I've noticed how strongly my 'healthy' sexual urges have been returning. I miss the flatline but it's also nice to feel genuine desire to touch and feel another human being, rather than urges to escape all human contact so I can go PMO. This is the kind of desire that pushes us out into the world, so I'm embracing it! During this hard mode reboot, I won't be pursuing sex, so this becomes the challenge of channeling that energy in healthy ways--pouring myself into my work and creative hobbies, making sure I get good exercise, journaling, and also seeking to truly connect with the people around me without the 'porn lens' warping everything. I'm also very aware of the pitfalls, and am staying clear of places that lead to fishing and other middle circle behavior. Complacency in that area is what has killed me in the past.

    Wizard's log 107! Apparently I didn't hit the "Post Reply" button yesterday... it's alright anyways as nothing bad happened. I do feel better though, even though I got overworked today.
    My diet has been a mess lately and I've noticed how that deteriorates my mood and energy. I notice how I lie to myself that I don't have energy for anything, however, when something ticks me off (and everything seems quick to tick me off these days), I notice the explosion of energy I can get if I would let it flow. I wish I could transmute it, but I guess I'm still not there yet.
    I guess the anger might still be a lingering effect of the food poisoning I had the last few days that disturbed my body and mind, Next goal? finding a balanced diet that provides my body with enough energy without any chance of letting me feel hunger.

    Reset last night. Will intend to become more aware of my fishing. In a great mood today and Had an early morning run to shake off the funk that has been settling in. I feel as though I have been making excuses not to run (school, its cold outside, I'll make up for it). Exercise is a very important part of my lifestyle and this is much more evident following this string of resets.

    Wednesday Check-in

    Man, have I been swamped. Haven't exercised today or this week, but I took a few moments for prayer and meditation. I feel good that I've gotten some work done. I'm going to visit and help a friend tonight.

    I'm feeling "clearer" lately, mentally that is. The world is starting to seem less gloomy.

  8. Day 1 complete. The urge to binge and relapse into an extended cycle has been stronger than usual but my will has been sharpened by the sting of my recent reset. I know I can't do that to myself again.

    that is the realest thing I’ve read here in a while. THANK YOU.

    After I’ve read what you’ve wrote I want out for a long walk with myself. And just kind of talked to myself about why I’ve relapse.

    stress is definitely the biggest thing that make me go “fuck it” and fail so for start I’ve meditated to try and be more mindful. The other big thing is just that I didn’t put my focus in the right place. for too long I’ve tried to “not watch porn” instead of “try and do something good with my time”. So even though it’s kind of silly, I’ve spend 20 minutes this morning (the time that I would always fap in), just trying to learn juggling because I’ve always wanted to learn how to do it and “never had the time”. And it made me feel great, I still want to fap (or at least, feel the urge). But I just love the fact that I’ve used that time for something else that I really wanted to do.

    great job on going for a run to kick start your reboot. you've made me what to go for a run myself to start things on the right foot.

    we should start the fellowship of the running ring bearers.

    Love seeing all kinds of advices being shared in this thread.
    I've been feeling great the last couple of days. Just like @Onan the Barbarian also said, I've been feeling clearer (mentally) and the world seems less gloomy. I see more positive aspects in life when I am a couple days clean again, so why ever relapse again?!
    Let's stay strong brothers!

    Not putting any focus on my daycounter is helping me a lot. There have been discussions about this subject in this thread multiple times and I decided to implement this into my strategy. I guess looking at my counter everyday gave me some type of pressure. Haven't noticed that since my last relapse which is awesome.
    Also still in flatline, not having any urges, so that might also be the reason why I am feeling so good.
    I have to be aware that, probably in a couple days, the urges will become stronger.

    very true bro. yes, the reboot must be an all integrated system of self-development, if you leave any grey area untouched that will subtly contaminated all others areas (even the nofap brain reboot) . so work on yourself on all areas that needs to, but gently and progressively (to prevent overwhelming feelings). Let´s go!!! :)

    i found a really easy way to detect fishing, that i´m using in myself. are you looking for anything sexy? a body part? a body of a particular woman? check out the actress "xyz"? then you´re fishing. stop it at once. fishing will not stop by itself, you got to use full breaks. fishing only stops in a pmo session. Use your alert system bro.
