    Hey guys

I’ve thankfully been doing really well for the past few months, managed to cut out P and my escort use. Managed to stay untriggered for a few months now, until the past few days.

i’ve been having regular sex with my partner since starting nofap, with no issues with the chaser effect. But in the last week, after having sex, I’ve had huge urges to look at P, browse escorts and flirt with other women. I don’t know why it’s suddenly hit but it’s here now and I need to deal with it. Nothing else in my life seems to have changed.

Can anyone offer any insight and suggestions into how I can overcome it?

  2. Perhaps read "Cupid's Poisoned Arrow"

Short version - orgasm takes a lot out of you and we don't notice it until a few hours or days after the orgasm because at first it feels euphoric. Then we feel the withdrawals - restless, irritable and discontent. Our brains want to get flooded with those feel-good chemicals again and the only way to get that is . . . another orgasm.

Generally it takes about 14 days to recover from one orgasm and the first 2 to 5 days are the worst. If we keep having orgasms, we keep putting ourselves in withdrawal and the cycle continues ad infinitum.

Try to add few healthy routines to your life like meditation, weight lifting, HIIT exercises, cold shower.
Give it a try and don't loose hope. You'll recover soon.
    Best of luck

  4. Chaser effect follows sex for sure. You gotta be careful and aware every time, at least I do.

I struggle with exactly the same thing bro. It's horrible and I don't know why I do it!!

Something really helping me though is allen Carr book, it's about changing our thoughts instead of willpower!
