[7-CHALLENGE] THE SEVEN DAYS CHALLENGE !

Day 0

 

Horrible start to day 3 ... had a sex dream ( exactly during the time I do a challenge ) , after I wake up with a very strong erection, I said, okay focus, stand up and go check you daily tasks, BE PRODUCTIVE.
first thing is deal with my erection. I stand up put a light towel over my penis and held the towel there for as long as I can until it drops, and repeat..., kinda like a kegel exercise. once the erection was gone, so was the urge to jerk off.

on with the day .. about 15 more hours until I can day 3/7 , LETS GO !!

 

Got relapsed, day 0/7 again then

Day 4/7 one more day to the count. Now my new target/goal is to just add tomorrow to the count.

 

Day 1 almost done. But it was difficult... It was a hard and bad day on the job, I'm tired and stressed. My mind says "go, watch some porn, relax, you need it". But I am trying to be strong. 8:09 pm here in Brazil. Left just some little time to the end of the day. I will make it.

sigh. So I wasn't doing great with the 7 day challenge lately but at least I was not watching porn for 2 weeks.. until tonight. I saw something triggering on youtube then relapsed.

I will try again. I definitely feel worse that I watched porn versus when I would masturbate without porn. ugh
