5/21 yesterday was difficult, few urges, hard time building good habits. Definitely I need to make some changes or I am going to relapse very soon

Day 8/21. Yesterday was pretty tough man, definitely the hardest week for me so far.

 

Yeah actually today i feeling bored but no urges , but whenever i feel bored i just open the website and read the post , forum and likes
