    Hey all.

So I'm 62 days in. I've experienced a lot of benefits, but I still deal with what I assume are withdrawal symptoms.

I want to see whether or not anyone else experiences this one particular symptom.

Your body doesn't want you to do anything. You have the desire, the motivation etc, but when you go to do said thing you feel a pressure in your head, or a draining in your body, and all you feel like doing is laying in bed. This is what I'm dealing with and it's really annoying. I feel good mood-wise and I have important things to take care of. But whenever I put my mind on something to do my mind says no and I just end up in my bed.

    Anyone else experiencing this?

Are you doing any kind of physical exercise?

  5. Yes, I get the same. Messed up neuro chemicals and synaptic pathways.

Glad to hear so much feedback and that I'm not alone. I felt better today and didn't have to deal with it. But that isn't to say it won't come back. Is it because of withdrawals? I wonder...

if this has been happening for long, you should consider checking mental health, depression or anxiety especially, meet a good therapist if possible. This happened to me too. The sign of avoiding stuffs and feeling pressured all the time could be from anxiety and it should be watched out and treated early before it becomes more severe. Just my two cents.

yeah I feel this to, I don't even have the energy to play video games lol, its insane. Currently on a 104 day streak, im fighting hard as fuck to cure my ED for my girlfriend, she doesent know I have ED but eventually I have to stop making excuses and let her go or cure this fucking problem. Tried taking ED pills didnt work, might try the higher dose shit soon. Not going out without a fucking fight.

The trick is to start trying to do whatever exercise you want to for at least 10 minutes or so. I have tried this with running, swimming, and biking; so primarily cardio exercise, but I think you can adapt this concept to anything you want.
Which is...if after 10-15 minutes or so into the desired routine you feel like stopping, then by all means do.
Listen to your body. You may be sick, malnourished, injured...etc., so in that situation it’s the wise thing to do. No need for beating yourself up for it. Be disappointed if you must, but knowing you tried will build confidence, commitment, and a taste for consistency.
The trick is, if you adhere to this concept, you’ll find that you’ll feel better than you thought you might have, and like a champ when you’re done.
Got this from a marathon training book and used it to get back into exercising even after a long and tiring day.
Another funny thing is that you’ll learn to crave that great feeling you get after you work out all the stress and strains, and even most aches and pains (check with your doctor of course). lol
It worked for me then, and I think it’s time for me to give it a shot again too.
Good luck to whoever tries this out, and let me know if you’re successful.
