    Has anyone tried the Allen Carr method, which is originally designed tor quitting smoking?? He explains why willpower doesn't work and why we need to chnge our thoughts instead.

    It really is helping me, was just wondering if anyone else tried it and what were your thoughts on the method??

    I've read the book and I always waited for when he comes to the point, but there came no point. At least I couldn't find it, so it didn't really help me. I'm still clean on willpower and that works for me.
