    Checking in day 12. I feel a little down because I had a bad performance on a college exam. However, I was not distracted by P thoughts this time. Actually they came one or two P thoughts but they faded away in an instant. Also, It makes me feel a little better the fact that I am defeating PMO thanks to you guys.

    Day 4 checking in

    I've simplified my daily routine to only include my meditations that i have been so slack with:-

    7 rounds of Wim Hof breathing followed by 30 mins meditation in the morning
    Ice bath in the day
    7 rounds Wim Hof breathing before bed

    I've taken out any expectations of work and other routine stuff, that will come if i hold myself in the right mindset....right now my mindset is so poor that I'm really struggling to keep it together. I've been so depressed that I've barely been able to function, and of course PMO is a big part of that. From now on i will prioritise my mental health above all. This isn't to say that i won't still be reaching for success, but that my only requirements for the day are to take care of my mental state so i can focus and function properly. I have been really slack with posting on this forum, I'm sorry about that...i haven't been doing very well and i kind of lost hope for a while. Yesterday i realised how bad it has gotten and came up with a new plan that I've outlined....so far so good. As much as i have relapsed and fallen multiple times, this journey is extremely important to me and my life. My mission is to be free of PMO forever, and this is a new chapter in that journey. Thanks to all my AP bro's for always sticking by me and helping me find the positive energy i needed. You're support is so appreciated!

    I'm staying up for Mahashivratri for the first time, its an Indian festival that's about opening your third eye. There's supposed to be a natural upsurge of energies. I've always believed in universal energies and wisdom, i don't believe half of what man says about it, but i'm spiritually leaning and curious. And I've observed radical changes on full moon nights and such to come to my own conclusions about focussed energies and planetary forces influencing the cosmos...again i don't believe half of what man says about it. All you have to do is stay up and stay in an upright position, if you're curious check it out-

  19. The person in this video is our cultural guru(teacher) and my ideal. He has immense knowledge about the universe and its power. Yes indeed observing cosmic changes is delightful.
