    Last night I saw a hooker walk into my work and I was sooooo excited. Shoot.
    I know this will take time. I know I need to change the way I'm living.
    I started meditation again today. It wasn't for the full 20 minutes, unfortunately. The way I look at it at least I started.
    Now to keep myself distracted.

    im still mediating for 5 mins every morning as soon as i wake up. try not to do the phone thing before i meditate. working my way up to 10 then 20 etc. so the fact that u can do 20 mins is impressive.

    I practice TM. I'm supposed to do it twice a day but so far have only been doing it once.

    Today I didn't know what to do so I just more or less stayed in bed and slept.

    get at least 7 or 8 hours max a day anything after that is sloth territory, a deadly sin. i force myself up and out of bed if im just laying there with my eyes open, i jump up and clear my bed of the blankets and pillows so i cant hop back in.

    I'll do my best. This confusion on what to do next is tough. I believe that depression is involved as well.
    I need to get up in the morning to meet up with a few people. That will get me out of the house a bit so that's good.
    I work two jobs and don't usually have time for myself. When I get home after working 15-16 hours is when I'm at my weakest point. I was thinking of that today. Something to be careful of.

    as a person who worked nightlife for many years one thing i learned is no amount of money is worth your health or sanity. id perhaps try and cut back on the hours and invest in regular sleep, ull be investing in your health. whats the point of having money and success if you cant physically enjoy it? and if these 2 jobs is a means to a goal that ur gna hit soon in a year or 2 and u need to grind it out by all means more power to u. but if its something like a 5 to 10 year plan, like i said id slow down a bit and get at least 6 to 8 hours every night.

    I plan on cutting back on the hours probably this summer.
    I contacted Matt from porn free radio as well and am waiting to hear back from him about his REV groups. Do you know anything about them?
