    Hello guys,

How many of you suffer from penis size anxiety? I think having watched porn for so many years has inevitably led to me believing my penis is below average or too small “3.5 inches”.

I can give my partner penile orgasm and have tried different positions ( missionary and doggy mostly) but I still tend to have this thought in my mind that it is too small. Perhaps it’s due to porn, or maybe it is too small

Does anyone suffer from this? Is there a benchmark of acceptance penis size? I read online that 5.5 inches is the average size. Should I see a doctor?

    Thanks

Friend just calm yourself, whether it's too small or below average not does not matter, as long as you and your partner can enjoy a healthy sexual relationship. You've just got to accept what is given to your in life, if you don't anxiety will always rule you. Porn and modern "lad" culture make us believe that having a big penis is important, and to some it may be, some women prefer it big and that is their preference, but it's more common that women enjoy a healthy communicative relationship over sexual. Just calm yourself and learn to live with it, only through acceptance will you truly master your mind.
Also you needn't see a doctor, it's just how it is, no one can change it or in any way help you deal with it more, it's on you to accept.

  3. Wow! What ever you are doing, keep doing that! Most guys can't give a penile orgasm regardless of size. Many of the guys who can are above average in size and can hit the elusive "A-spot" . . . are you sure that you are measuring erect length, not flaccid?? ;)

As long as it works and it makes you happy and it makes your partner happy, that's all that matters.

Still, I get it. I have struggled with this for most of my life. I have 4 1/4" erect length and I have had some women tell me that it is too small. I've also had condoms fall off during sex and can't do some positions without a substantial risk of slipping out. Even if my current partner has never voiced a complaint, it's hard not to imagine her past boyfriends or to struggle with feelings that some women might never accept what I have on offer.

It's good that you are asking and porn can make us all feel much smaller. I don't think you need to see a doctor because of your size . . . but I have had doctors check my size because of my very low testosterone. It might not be a bad idea to ask your doctor to check your T levels, as very low testosterone can have serious health consequences (i.e. low bone density).

seeing all those large penises in porn did cause some worry inside me a time ago, i worried if i wasnt too small (i am 6 inches). i just came to terms that if a girl ever thinks i am not the right guy just because she would want a larger penis, that she is not a girl i would want anyways.

yeah, 3.5 inches is extremely small. I'd look into PE

  8. What does PE stand for in this context? A physical examination?

  9. Actually I think addiction does play a factor in size and my brother the fact you can have a partner in bed appreciate that! Even with giving her a org. I watched a video from youtube and it has been told that you gain 2 inches apparently from not fapping. I guess its from your skin and natural blood flow increase regenerating to its normal state. So I believe that maybe you will be two inches longer after a period of time. But if your this concerned I would speak to your physician.

  10. Mine went from 4.75 inches (consistently) to 5 inches (once) when I started NoFap. Then down to 4.5 inches (consistently) and now it consistently measures at 4.25 inches.
Many guys report no significant change in size from NoFap. Some have indeed reported a noticeable increase in erect length and a few, like me, have seen a decrease. Also, many have reported an increase in flaccid size and bigger balls . . . or both.

The main point is, give NoFap your full effort. It's totally worth it.

Penis Enlargement! There are many manual Exercises, pumps and stretchers you can wear/do. These will give you a bit of an increase in size especially if you use a cock ring. You have to keep them up like weight lifting though and it takes loads of dedication. There was a Joe rogan podcast where he talked about a new surgery that works for PE where they insert a silicone sheath under your skin to extend and girth it out.

Yea the longer I leave mo and sex the bigger I’ll get for sure. Erect size seems to change quite a lot depending on how turned on I am, the amount of testosterone I’ve got flowing through me. If I’ve exercised I’ll have healthier erections. Viagra and a cock ring will also make a big difference.

  13. All of which (I've looked into the various methods) sounds risky and potentially unhealthy.
Then again, so is using a chastity device to decrease size.

Pumps, stretching and jelquing are fine going under the knife could be dangerous though depends how much the gamble is worth to the person. I wouldn’t bother sounds scary

2 inches gain from NoFap? I call BS on that. Certainly not erect length. That would take me up to almost 9 inches and I guarantee you I'll never get close to that no matter how long I'm on NoFap.

Now where you might see visible gains is flaccid. I can say without too much exaggeration I've almost doubled there. And your natural flaccid state will be "looser" vs all scrunched up so it will feel bigger down there which can really help your confidence.

    Dear Friend,

Penis size is something I have struggled with over the past several years. And when I say that I struggled I mean that I struggled very badly. I ended up being diagnosed with body dysmorphia, because of this issue and even had to be put on medication to help alleviate the stress I was experiencing. Although, there were other factors at work creating this problem for me, porn had the most to do with it.

What we see in porn is purposefully exaggerated. I am not gonna sit here and say that only a very small percentage of the world has penises that big. I think a lot of guys really are 7-9 in big, and that is why the porn industry has no shortage of male actors. I think anything bigger than that is certainly a very small percentage of men.

All that said, pornography has a way of totally convincing us that what we see in porn is how things really are in the world. Never forget that what we see in porn is a LIE. Including the necessity of having a big dick in order to satisfy.

From my experience I can tell you now that what matters the most is not the size of your part, but the size of your heart! I am gonna say that again, so it can sink in: what matters most is not the size of your part, but the size of your heart. My best friend (who is a woman) helped me out tremendously while I was struggling with this issue. She even told me to straight up show her a picture of my erect penis. I am an average size man (6 in), and my best friend said that my penis would be way too big for her liking. She has been with several guys in her life and has been penetrated by men smaller and bigger than me. But, honestly the size does not matter in the least. My best friend says that what matters most is how much a man can love a woman outside the bed room! You can drive a woman wild with how much you love her. If she knows she is loved and cherished you will satisfy her for sure.

Remember this. A woman's pleasure spots are largely on the outside of her vagina. What is more satisfying is what you can do with hands, lips, and tongue. If you think that is gross, get over it! I have a number of friends who are girls, who have gave me advice for the times I was in intimate relationships. Women will like oral sex and the thudding of intercourse more that they like your dick. Sorry, but its true! But again none of this matters if you don't know how to love her outside the bed room. That is why this NoFap is so awesome, because it teaches us men how to love more deeply by giving up the selfish pleasures of porn and masturbation.

Do you need to see a doctor? NO! If you are 3.5 in while erect, then praise God for what you have. It works, trust me on this. You need not grow anything more than your heart my friend.

    Hope this helps!

  18. Thank you @Angelic Warrior for all that you shared in your post. There is much that I would like to respond to.
It is great that you acknowledge the hard truth that big penises do exist . . . we've all seen them in the locker room! So often the responses I hear, seem to minimise or invalidate concerns about size. Yes, it is blown out of proportion . . . but it's not a non-issue for many as well.

You are very fortunate to have a female friend who would look at the photo of your penis and give you some honest feedback. From the dysmorphia that you had experienced, that was even more kind of her. And, I appreciate that you shared how one female friend said that your 6" penis (measured along the top, from base to tip without pressing into the skin at the base, I presume) would be too big for her. 6" is usually seen as the minimum length needed to hit the cervix. Most women find that sensation to be pleasurable and some women, perhaps about 1 in 6, can achieve orgasm from this (AKA the hitting A-spot). These are the 15% or so who are likely to turn into true "size queens" - not surprising that they would insist on finding a man large enough to give them orgasms from penetrative sex alone.

But, there is also a roughly equal proportion of women who find that sensation to be very uncomfortable, even painful. Such women (possibly including your friend) are the ones most likely to claim that sometimes men can be too big.

6" is probably just about the perfect size, as it is just slightly above average. For those of us below average who are sporting non-threatening genitalia simply (as you described) need to focus on the many other ways of bringing a woman pleasure - snuggles, loving attention, thoughtful gifts and many other forms of lovemaking. :)
