Hello all, I've been into PMO & from few years I'm regularly masturbating watching porn. I often do orgasm but do retrograde ejaculation watching porn. I fear now that I'm 27 & I'm about to get married I feel that I don't get erections unless I jerk off & unable to maintain erection for a minute... but main fear is that would I be able to be a father?
Has anyone after years of daily masturbation was able to be a father?

Your body and brain have adapted to PMO so like a lot of guys who have been doing it regularly for a long time, it is now the only thing you respond to.
You need to quit porn ASAP. In order to retrain the brain into responding to human touch rather than imagery on a screen, you have to quit the PMO and spend time exploring and learning to enjoy touch an intimacy with your partner over time.
Stop masterbating. If you feel you can only achieve erection through masterbating then try and introduce your partner to the activity and make it a 2-way experience. Take the time to learn about what each of you enjoys and what feels good, this can include masturbating each other. It won't happen straight away but like anything, with time and practice your brain will change what it associates with arousal and the way your body responds to will change too. Eventually you will be able to get aroused and enjoy sex the right way - from being intimate with your partner and enjoying erotic touch rather than looking at images on a screen, which is not good for you physically or mentally.
I'd bet that most guys who father childern also masturbate so I wouldn't be too concerned about that, but obviously you need to work on achieving a healthy and natural sex life before you think about trying to do that. You are ony 27 so you have plenty of time to fix it.

Have you not seen a doctor about it yet?
There are a number of possible causes and usually it can be treated, as described on the website.
It does not mean you are infertile/unable to have kids, but obviously if you want to conceive naturally through intercourse it needs to be treated.

    Hi Kunal

Can we talk on DM. I am also feeling the same issues as you are and Believe mem..I am shitting my pants right now. This marriage issue is unbelievably scary..and it should be considering the fact that we have brought our bodies to this stage.

I am also involved in a few methods nowadays..and i feel that if both of us exchange notes then it will be beneficial for us.
