    Hello everyone!

I've reached 90 days of the average NoFap challenge user. I've learned quite a bit along the way, and it's been quite a roller coaster. First of all, I want to apologize for my English language which is very bad, and I use the translator.

Well, I already told my story of how the porn addiction started in this post: Small goal - 31 days | NoFap® and here my history: My true histoy | NoFap®

It has been quite an experience, I have learned quite a lot, and in fact I know that counting the days is not of the importance, and we should stop counting the days. The NoFap challenge is not about waiting for days and days to pass and then magically you are recovered. Sorry guys, you're wrong if that's what you think. To get benefits and healing, it is necessary to do a personal development work. You have to work on continuous improvement, you can use the Kaizen method, it consists in the continuous improvement of 1% per day. I have improved a lot, and I have broken several barriers, I have told my porn addiction problems to the people close to me, and many other things. Here I am going to leave a list of the improvements I feel from when I was in porn addiction:

    - I am more conscious in what I am doing right now, and I am more focused to it in everyday tasks.
    - I no longer have a social barrier, where I can meet friends without any shame, no shyness. It's wonderful to be able to spend time with them, and enjoy those get-togethers.
    - I get up earlier, on the days I don't jog, and on the days I don't work on those mornings, I wake up at 07:00 in the morning. That way, I have more time to do things like cleaning the house, doing some unfinished chores, and things like that.
    - I no longer procrastinate tasks, and now I do everything instantly, whenever possible.
    - I do sports almost every day, and I love them. I feel much better now, in fact, I lost seven kilos since I joined the gym, since October 5, 2020.
    - I have found my vocation of work, and I love that work.
    - I realize that now I talk more with the girls, and also with the young people. Also, I realize that people notice me more.
    - I'm more patient in general.
    - I'm no longer moody like I was when I was addicted to porn.
    - I no longer have spontaneous erections, or morning erections. So I can go through the day without noticing anything weird on my penis.
    - I have more self-confidence, I'm not afraid of anything anymore.

It's fantastic, and I can see that anything is possible. I'm going to stop counting the days often, I'm going to put it on the back burner, and I'm going to concentrate on my continuous self-improvement. I also wrote a letter of my story, and of my commitment and recorded them in a video reading that letter on a river bank (it's in Spanish), and threw them into the river as a release.

I love my work, helping people. I hope this motivates you to advance the NoFap challenge, you are not alone, there are millions of people addicted to it, anything is possible! Work on personal development, and confess your problems to your friends, your parents, your partner... it will feel great. I am a believer and a Catholic, I believe in the strength of our father God.

Ah, I finished writing my first book and it's published on Amazon =)

    Cheer up!

yeaaah exactly, that's what is about. it's not about quitting porn only, it's about changing our lives to the best, to be more productive, more motivated, more positive ...

Thanks for sharing your story with us.

You're right about this. I started recently forget counting.

Congratulation on your streak. How are you sure that spontaneous erections are a thing of the past? I've been getting them for the last couple of days, not provoked by sexual thought whatsoever, but I did not have them for the first long part of my streak.

Congratulations on doing the NoFap 90 day challenge. But I agree that continuous self-improvement is paramount. You have listed many brilliant benefits from these marvellous three months. Stay blessed Sergio. :)

Because I remember that every time I saw an attractive person, I would get erect. In addition, there were many moments in which my penis would make me erect despite wearing the same boxer briefs as before. I prefer a thousand times not to have those spontaneous erections, it is horrible to have those erections in full on the street.

Hey brother! How are you Yes, it is wonderful to feel those benefits as having more companies, and many things. Also I experience what they call here: "the powers of NoFap" which is that people notice me on the street many times, it is like having an aura. I am more cheerful and fun. Butt!
