I intended to quit porn this year and made my streak of 20 days but just after 20 days I found some dirty memes on Instagram. Incest memes, pornstar memes and i can't explain anyway. But I got addicted to those memes and I masturbate on them. The pictures on those memes force me to watch them and the reason of my relapsing after 20 days was Instagram(dirty memes).

Today, I want to start again and quit these stuff. I need some motivation to start.

    (Sorry for my bad English)

I would say ditch Instagram or only use it to talk to friends if you have friends on there. That shit is digitized cancer.

The answer to your issue was addressed above. Spend less time searching insta for those images. That being said. What to do now that you have new found time? Maybe play some mobile game, light exercise, or talk a walk.

Now, simply letting go of a habit is difficult. So that's why i recommend a replacement activity.

you cant expect to never relapse. It is ok... dont feel bad about it.
people often try and avoid triggers, they may delete instagram or block pornhub. The truth is you can never completely rid yourself of triggers. One thing you can do is conciously look at porn or memes or whatever your thing is. Dont let yourself get sucked in, dont let yourself enjoy it. Appreciate what your looking at for what it is but dont let yourself be convinced it is any more than pixels on a screen.
And there you go problem solved.

Instagram is toxic. No matter how hard you try to change their algorithm on what they show you, you'll always be shown triggering photos on your feed. I got rid of mine a couple months ago and couldn't be happier.

You and i both know looking at porn is bad right?
if so then why is it an issue to not do it?
If we can develop the muscle to be aware that not only is it bad but also its provides no fulfillment you can easily isolate and deregulate the urge.

I see what you mean and how it would help. Though I do think you would need to be careful as it could lead to relapse, especially after some time away from P.

I definitely think so. Whats cool tho is now when i see porn or a picture or a nice piece of ass haha i can see it for both what it is and what its not. Don't get me wrong porn is great but it is still just that... porn. or even a hot chick. That girl may be hot but unless i'm presently experiencing that hotness, to me that is just a personality trait.
Moral of the story: sexiness is a personality trait

Just deleting IG itself won’t fix the issue. You’ll just wind up googling it or something instead. You have to address this issue at the source: why are you looking at these “memes” when you know what’s going to happen? You know it’s a paltry way of not watching porn.

Yeah, start with cutting out instagram as others said. But if a meme makes you relapse, even after a big streak, then it seems your desire to quit is not strong enough. Try affirmations everyday to remind yourself of why you're doing this and the good consequences of living pmo-free. Doesn't have to be real complicated, just a couple affirmations, read em everyday first thing in the morning or last thing of the day, and you're good. Make sure you REALLY believe them though, and that they get you hyped to continue.
