    I will have one day at 11:00 this morning. So far, this has been easy, thanks to nofap and accountability. I plan to keep it up indefinitely.
     
  4. Yes! @EndPornLiveLife and @ToMMy.H. What you share is the real truth. One would accept that It's ok if I'm having a low income, having low happiness and satisfaction in life. But a true human is one who transcends the previous limits of humanity.

    I feel this man. We all know very well the feeling of disappointment, but don't dwell on it too much. It's just a little slip up. By don't dwell on it I mean don't shit on yourself and make yourself feel bad because of it, instead treat it as a little slip up, analyze it, learn from it, self-reflect, and apply the newly learned lesson to your reboot. Easier said than done, of course, but it really is about just wanting to quit bad enough.

    Day two will be complete in three hours. Coming onto nofap helps a lot. The accountability and vigilance are, I think, key.

    Day 0/3. FIY, none of my relapses in the last 3 months (Including now) have ever been into watching pornography. They have always been into Masturbation. The biggest thing which I having been trying to stop here on nofap, are bad habits during masturbation that originated from pornography. This March, I have made more progress than ever, and I hope to do the same in this next run. I am wishing everyone the best in their battles. My quality of life this March has improved alot, and I hope to continue that.

    Good on you not watching porn. I slipped on that for the first time in months and it was as disgusting as can be. No more. Yeah, mostly I struggle with just masturbation too. That’s tough. And the fantasies are not healthy after years of porn. I was counseled to use healthy fantasies and what those are, but I still use unhealthy ones. I just want to quit fapping altogether.

    I'm happy to say back on track Day 1/3. Today I had a really strong urge, but I managed to beat it. I gotta say, the feeling of beating a strong urge and following what your ideal self would do is so much more fulfilling and invigorating than PMO could ever be. The stronger the urge, the greater the benefits.

    Yeah, a lot of people talk about healthy fantasies and that masturbation is healthy, and that may be true for some people, but for people like us, who seriously struggle with it, it's best to just cut it out altogether. I've read some threads about people who have been abstinent for 3+ months, sometimes even abstinent for years, who were thinking that they can go back to just MOing, but then end up binging and going back to old habits.
