Wet Dreams

Most of the time, yes, only excess is expelled, though there have been times I awoke in the middle of the night / early morning with QUITE the mess. So sometimes, I think full O. / E. happens during wet dreams.
Also, pornographic dreams are caused by viewing it, struggling with it, and being tempted by it. As an addict it is something that is deeply rooted in the back of our minds as well as our subconscious. So the dreams are really inevitable if you watch porn and are trying to abstain from it. Its not a bad sign, its just a symptom, and it comes down to not letting it tempt you further. Focus your mind on other, healthy areas of life as you battle PMO. You cant stop the dreams but you dont have to let them bring you down.

 

Day 18 now since I’ve been off self PMO. Heavily addicted for over 10 years. I think the dreams are normal. I’ve been having them too but I haven’t had a wet dream yet although I can feel one coming haha

When did you have your first wet dream once started abstaining from PMO?

 

Man,, I'm on day 30 without PMO. I'm waiting for my first wet dream. I need to release the excess semen, I don't know what to do.

 

Wet dreams are extremely common, and you are actually the first member I've heard resetting their counter because of one.

Yes, I'd say probably about 10 in total. I didnt have a wet dream for the first 30 days of the streak. Also, they kind of come in waves mostly. Like one week I had 3 wet dreams. That was about day 40 or 50 I think. Other times, there are several weeks between. Last one was about a week ago or something.

 

Yeah I almost always wake up (I think), but sometimes I just notice a lot of stains on my underwear when I wake up in the morning, which I believe is from a wet dream.
