    I failed in 7day challenge twice so I move in here to build some momentum.
    If I fail here twice I move down to 1day challenge.

    1) Stay away from random browsing - seeing some trigerring stuff is inevitable while doing so
    2) When fantasies/urges come do not engage it only get worse
