more than 3 months of no porn, 30 days of no fapping

It has been part of my long-term plan to hit 30 days without fapping. It has happened. My tricks include;
Running 12km weekly- Intense exercise helps you control your mind, like the military guys
Cold showers, especially if it's cold
Autophagy
working out intensely every morning- press-ups/situps/squats
Determination to avoid Fapping no matter how hard it gets, for instance, today I am feeling a very strong urge to fapp than ever before, but, my brain knows that Fapping is not an option for me anymore
Praying more nowadays
My determination is to push on further and heal totally, my mind is made up!!
