Spontaneous ejaculation?

This is a good point actually. Like the awareness of it happening speeds the process along? Very weird, but that has happened to me before, but not in this instance.

Happen to me recently. Day 9 of nopmo super horny and thought I found a loophole go to an AMP and have someone take care of it. Just getting on the table and having my shoulders rub caused me to explode. Was there 10 minutes and just left. To be honest was relieved that it happened and didn't have someone do it.

Interesting that this seems more common than I first thought. Thanks for everyone's input!

    bro i feel you.
when i was on a long streak, this'd happen to me too.
    hypersensitivity problems..
but i dont think there's much we can do about it.
    so dont worry much!

My problem is that the hypersensitivity seems to sometimes affect my entire pelvic region, causing a very uncomfortable internal pressure that makes me feel like I could ejaculate at any moment. I dont feel like this all the time but it is very annoying and sometimes it interferes with my ability to concentrate on anything else. Ejaculation might make the sensation fade for a short time but it comes back, and I cant just not ejaculate because I am a person who has regular wet dreams. I've actually been to the doctor for stuff like this before but apparently there is nothing wrong with me. I was even given antibiotics just in case it was something like prostatitis and they didn't do anything. If it is just extreme hypersensitivity then I hope it eventually stops. I would hate to have to deal with this my entire life on and off.

  7. No, you're thinking about it the wrong way. Your body is signalling you that things are getting better. This event is the mark of a successful reboot. Most of us have to tug on our junk insanely hard or see something really hot in order to get the desired result. That's because we've been abusing our bodies for such a long time. You, my friend, have finally discovered what normal is. Congratulations! This is actually a very good thing in my opinion.

I get what you're saying, I just wish there was some middle ground. Either I'm completely dead or so sensitive that it's physically uncomfortable and distracting. I can keep a handle on it a lot of the time it's just very annoying.

hey lol sry for the late reply,
i know how annoying it is bro.
but I THINK, if you become sexually active (i.e., start having sex, if you are not already), your body will fulfil its sexual needs, and, your goal of "no porn, masturbation" will also not be affected!
    im no expert btw lol.
im just someone who also has experienced this 4-5 times..

    cheers!

I would really like to believe you are right but I'm not sure. I'm in a tough situation where ejaculating makes the problem worse but then so does not ejaculating. I dont think having sex would realistically make much difference and if doing so causes me to feel this pressure and sensitivity then I dont want it. I'm so sensitive that the sensation isnt even pleasurable anymore, its uncomfortable to the point its distracting.

i dunno, but imo just ejaculating and having sex are two different feelings.
what your body wants is sex, and not simply an ejaculation.
besides, what else can you do? just experiment and see!

also, ik this sounds cliche, but meditation helps more than anything!
short 5-10 min ones dont help as much as 1hr long meditations do tho..
but, im just speaking from experience... your experience with meditation can be different than mine.

in any case, just try and see bro! i really do hope you find a solution for this..

This morning I had a wet dream after a very bad nights sleep. The internal pressure became too much as the day went on and I relapsed. I feel like I'm going to have to try and see a doctor if this doesnt clear up soon because this clearly isnt just sensitivity, literally nothing I do makes it stop and its making me miserable. Thanks for all the comments anyway.

Sorry to hear that man but I agree with the other poster. You are young and your body wants to release, I'm sure this is exactly what a doctor will also say if you tell him that you're abstaining.

At this point I'm pretty sure I actually do have some sort of prostate or pelvic problem. The feeling I am talking about isnt just the urge to orgasm or the urge to ejaculate, I'm not feeling those things at all in fact. I have very little genuine sexual desire. Its an extremely localised pressure and discomfort coming from right where I know my prostate is, and of course pressure on this part of the body makes you feel more sensitive. I feel like if it was just sexual desire then my relapse would make me feel better and it had no effect at all.

Keep in mind I am diabetic and as such am more at risk of this sort of thing happening, be it via high blood sugar or nerve damage. If this problem does not subside on its own soon I will contact my care team and explain the situation. Whether I'm abstaining or not it's simply not normal for me to be in this much discomfort. I'm struggling to relax or concentrate on things and am having trouble sleeping because of it.

I apologise for my previous post in that case, you know your body better than anyone else. Hopefully it's something of nothing and the problem resolves itself soon :emoji_fingers_crossed:

Thanks. I've been suffering with this on and off for years and it usually isnt completely intolerable but right now it's awful. It likely will die down by itself but for me that isnt good enough anymore. I tried to have this looked at in the past but I went down what was clearly the wrong avenue and it got me nowhere. It was also before I was diagnosed with diabetes. I have some hope that if I need to contact my team they can offer more specific help than my usual doctor, who is honestly useless.
