Feeling abit tired today

I am not sure what it is but didn’t sleep well as I should last night.. did abit of house work and then went out for a walk to the town centre. Now feeling abit tired and low energy.. I know I have to fix something in the house but keep on thinking to leave it next week.. could this be my mind is not receiving any dopamine?? Also I notice my mind keeps on tracking me into thinking about my sexual fantasy but I am trying my hardest to avoid.. any advice guys?
