    Depends.

Depends on your goals and progress towards them.

    Cheers!

There is no precise answer. The standard practice on this forum is to go 90 days with no PMO meaning no artificial sexual stimulation whatsoever. Everyone takes a different amount of time to heal and each person's journey is similar in some ways and different than others.

I've been into a relationship, and i've been having sex a lot.

Does real sex count as PMO ???

No but it's my understanding that orgasms and sexual stimulation can prolong the reboot process. I am not an expert though.

THERE IS NO ANSWER! The deeper the neurons are wired the harder it is! I am at day 165 with Hardmode and dude I tell you, for me, it is not even 1% easier. However, a four/five-month "withdrawal" from porn will most of the time suffice. No masturbation, no porn, no looking.

  8. real sex is not pmo. If she is your true partner you are doing well. Just dont slide back to porn or do porn roleplay sex with your partner.
You should be doing fine when love replaces lust.

  9. We cannot describe addiction and rebooting in purely mathematical terms. "Time" or "days spent without activity X" is not the only factor which influences your psychological recovery. Why don't you learn about addictions and do some research if you aren't satisfied with the answers given here?
