[90-CHALLENGE] THE NINETY DAYS CHALLENGE !

Day 81/90. Just a kind of hard day. Started to just browse around the forum, which was because I was trying to escape the pain of a feeling of a perceived rejection.

damn chaser effect got me!

 

Back to day 1. Still been 11 days with no porn but did m last night.

 

Day 2 finished.
Sleeping early today because there is no power in me now to fight urge..now there is chance for me to slip up.

• Today because of clear mind able to find some reason for my bad habits.
• It really helps if you find what was the reason for you to go for porn? What things or thought you probably want to avoid that leads you to porn and other bad habits?
• Still learning..

I have been struggling with my addiction for years.. this past year it just seems to be getting worse. I need too beat this thing. Tired soo many times. But here's one more.... 0 of 90 no p. I've decided to do no p because I am currently seeing someone (when i'm not ruining the relationship with porn)... but will try to avoid MO as much as possible. Wish me luck everyone.. as I wish all of you luck!
