I want my erections back

    I just turned 19. And my dick doesn't stand up with power. I've never had morning wood most of my teenage years. since I was lonely and had nothing I wanted and no many friends in my life, is was just me jacking off throughout my teenage years. I just recently found out that not having morning wood is a problem and that my erections are weak, and the only mistake I've done is jacking off daily. Recently I've started to stop watching porn and I also don't masturbate. Does doing that helps? When will my dick be healthy again and it'll feel powerful again? Anyone who has overcame the same problem please help.

    You are young dude,you are not having a permanent problem.Just give some time off on PMO, and when you see progress and start masturbating again (I know you will start masturbation again) don't do it everyday (couple of times per month MAX)..As long as with porn don't go back on that again.

    Take it easy, stop watching porn, not just for now but for good, it helps no one and it's obviously hasn't helped your situation. I can't say morning wood will return, but that ultimately doesn't really matter in my opinion, but you erections will return to how they are, but it may take a lnog time and it requires a lot of patience, so keep calm and don't worry yourself!

    I just do the work and don't think about the results. It's best that we just have a healthy lifestyle and leave the rest for the body to heal, rather than constantly thinking about it.

    I'm also going to update you if my health improves. We gonna win this.
    Also I think a huge part of being able to resist porn is bringing change about how you view porn.(and this took a while but "jason capital" and "SANQ4" has helped me change. Search them up on youtube)

    When ever I feel urge I just think either it's me lonely and fucking my hands and letting porn companies use me as a money generator.
    OR
    It's that I resist them and save myself to get into a relationship with someone who cares and loves me.
    I know you didn't ask for tips but just putting it out there.

    Of course morning wood is a good sign of your health but it is not essential. Morning wood depends on many factors such as overall health and stress level. People who are stressed or depressed are much less likely to have morning wood, but it does not mean their penis is unhealthy or abnormal.

    DONT see having morning wood as your goal. It is not essential. Not having it does not mean you are not enjoying the benefit of recovery. Also, taking care of mental health is vastly beneficial to your penis. Just relax and trust the process, you will get better for sure

    There is just one more thing that i wanted to ask there is a small lump in middle shaft of my penis but its not visible in flaccid state but as i erect its visible , it does not hurt is it normal i just wanted to ask

    I honestly can't say, it's quite different for each person so it's just a case of waiting and relaxing. There's nothing more important than just acceptance, if you accept your situation fully, you will feel a sense of calm. I have waited 5 years for my erections to return properly and my PIED and AIED to finally disappear, but that's because I carried on watching porn, probably would've returned a lot quicker if I had abstained from porn totally. So let that be a lesson to you, don't follow my footsteps, learn from everyone!

    If you watched porn and you are not super unhealthy and not old, then it most probably is psychological. You can search Reboot from porn addiction or recovery from pied on YouTube and follow what people have said to better your health. Also don't think about it too much, I've faced it myself I get very desperate for the results which makes it so that I go back to watching porn or doing things I shouldn't be doing/had decided that I won't do. Instead just do what you should be doing to better yourself and don't think about the results, just move on with life. If you want to see results set time period of atleast 1-3 months of hardcore avoiding porn,playing with yourself, clean Diet and exercise. We dug ourselves into this hole. We gotta fix it.

    A vague explanation could be that when you watched porn the porn had your brain releasing high amount of dopamine that is not natural and cannot be obtained from a real life sex and now that your brain is used to it, you need that high level of dopamine release which is possible only through more and more weird hardcore porn.so, Now your brain needs time to reset itself to the natural level of dopamine for you to get back your hard erection. So stay away from porn my guy, it's pure evil. The porn industry knows that it's fucking our brain and they don't care cause they making tons of money from it. It's all in your hands if you want to improve and better yourself.

    Hey everyone iys been more than 15 days but i relapsed dont know but i was was worried about my erection i cant take take that out of my head , it makes me feel guilty dont know what to do any suggestions again starting day1 from today

    I am also worried a lot, completed 15 days and at times i get thoughts like i will never recover and get my erections back. But still didnot releapse yet..but that thought is running here and there in my head

    I'm also desperate for results but. Take a time frame of atleast 3 month to see any result or else the wanting to know if your dick gets up will cause you to check porn only to see if the erection got any better. Little do you know that checking your dick will easily lead to edging and then accidentally watching hardcore porn again and ejaculating. Just level up and control your mind. Gotta toughen up if you want progress.
    I know all this because I've failed many (17) times, and always it is due to just wanting to check if my erections got any better or not and then it easily escalates. Trust me man I'm saving you a lot of time. Just resist it.
