Day 42 checking in. Thankfully there've been no urges whatsoever for like a week now. Also the headaches significantly subsided although I believe it has to do with caffeine. I'm glad I'm seeing people striving for excellence and making good streaks. Remember all, "Do or do not, there is no try!"

I am a Jedi Knight, Day 35! the force is getting stronger....but I still feel recruitment from the dark side.

 

Day 16 Sheesh I'm tired my mood has been everywhere lately sometimes feeling really good and other times sluggish and can't really be asked. Probably as a result of the lack of dopamine, did karate training today although I was seriously considering not doing it was feeling tired after a day out with friends but did it in the end.
