PMO is equal to expressing (sexual) instinct to our primal brain.
Instinct = power=sexuality - couple of names to one power.

Unconscious rebooting is done often by suppression of instinct.
Unexpressed instinct will come around as frustration and/or depression.

COOMER​

Conscious rebooting mean expressing bomb-like energy of instinct in
healthy way from day 0.
It's like riding a bull.

DRAGON​

Effects of suppression and effects of expression of (sexual) instinct are equations.
You will never be happy suppressing energy of your (sexual) instinct.
You will never be happy blowing out mindlessly your (sexual) instinct.
No amount of shame, penance, guilt, hatred and fight with your instincts will lead you to be healthy and fulfilled personality.
Expressing your (sexual) instinct is like riding a bull.

Fighting or suppressing instinct is like fighting a bull
with bare hands (wish you good luck!).

You can be like COOMER or like DRAGON.
It's only a matter of choice, both personalities are fueled by this same instinctive power.
