Had a relapse today, back to zero. Being the addict that I am I always blame someone else and not me, lol. Still here though, can't quit and I've said this a million times before I will never go back to casual porn use. I will keep trying, might be on this website for the rest of my life but I will keep trying different things and techniques, working on this everyday. The thing is, even though I struggle now I am still a better person than I was when I using all the time. When I was using all the time I only cared about myself, a real hot mess at least now I try and focus on helping others. Anyway, next two days will suck, allot of heavy introspection especially since it's on the weekend. I think I'll go for a really long walk in the cold, clear the mind and think about things.

Hey , man keep it up. Also i want to share with you that im in day 5, since I also relapsed. But I noticed something, its too much harder doing NoFap during quarantine. This 5 days I went out to the ranch and hanged out with family and new people. It was waaay easier to not thing in NoFap. Also my largest streak was when i was in college last year ( during presencial classes ) . So dont be so hard on yourself , as this are difficult times.

Without a doubt the quarantine doesn't help. Definitely makes the work harder but I'm still here, thanks for your input.

 

I will always be on that path, make take a while but I really have no choice.
