    Relapsed after 5 days of no pmo ,cause are instagram and alone in room. So i decided to not use instagram for 21 days and being alone in a room. PMO destroyed my entire life ,its made me a monster. I was addicted to pmo from age 11- 12 ,my current age is 18 ,soon be 19,i don't remember when i get addicted to this creepy addiction. But god is with us. First thing is to have a will ,rest is technique

    Just delete your instagram. Men only use it for checking out chicks pics every now and then. Thats bad for your reboot.
    Stop using social media.
