hi 15yr old female newbie here

    Hello, nice to meet you ^^
    I decided to use this site after I realized that I really don't have any control over myself when it comes to porn. I'm still in high school and whenever I'm stressed out about school work, I resorted to porn as a way to 'take a break'. It disturbed my workflow and took hours off of my day so here I am!

    I started when I was about 13 but it slowly and gradually became a large part of my life. I want to get back on track with my life and improve my self-esteem. Hopefully cutting out porn will help with this. I definitely do think it will help me get more work done

    I plan to start today and continue on for at least 3 months. Wish me luck!!

    Good time for choosing to stop. While you're on this habit for two years only, it will be considerably easier than if it was an addiction indulged every day for a long time.
