You have a strong mentality all you have to do is stay serious and use that mentality and mindset while time passes. The goal is to go a long time with no PMO. 3 days is nothing you have to understand that. You have to aim bigger. Try to aim for the first 5 days. Then aim for an extra 5. You gotta stay busy and never be home. Try to live your best life now you got to be there mentally before you get to the high streaks you got to act like your on the high streaks. Stay motivated brother.

Like you, I did Relapse 4 times and all the time I lasted 4-5 days max but now I feel much stronger I am currently on the 4th streak and I know that I will succeed without the fucking PMO I set myself that I do not need it and I will only lose from this

 

I like your attitude I have the same too when I would fold. Just remember to think of the obstacles ahead and how to combat them. In a way this is war, always be three steps ahead of your enemy which is your brain and old self. Good luck!
