Then smoke a big fat boy doobie after a morning run have a big refeed and a few beers..... but until then detox.... clean low calorie foods some water fasts and no porn .... then some slow clean bulking for treetrunk quads and calves and get into cycling and mountain biking and morning forest runs followed by some doobie snacks

I'm on the best shape of my life, I guess becoming more agile, strong, lean to a certain degree, I'm almost at my peak of genetic potential then I'll just try not to lose as much as old age starts to catch up.

420 friendly meng, as long as the flower doen't turn you into a houseplant yourself, keep tokin and keep movin my friend...

I've got a list of summer marathons on a tab right now, aiming for surviving two of them this summer... Also re-learning some big boy lifts... I'm back in action on various squats and benches and tentatively having a go at deadlift but I'm hoping to reclaim a solid deadlift as well as a decent clean by summer's end.

Goal weight is 175 lbs after a cut, I'm 6ft currently 165 lbs few months in to a bulking period. Goals include 400lb deadlift, 250 lb bench, 40 consecutive pullups, 60 push ups, and to just keep up the functional training and work on my cardio

    Cheers!

My fitness goal is to get rid of hypertension. I'm currently on meds, already cut the dose in half as the BP was normal on just one pill. Life Pro Tip - taking BP meds in the evening has the best result.

What sucks for me, however, is that I get very very nervous when at the doctor and my blood pressure skyrockets at the doctor's office, as if I am not even taking any meds. I feel very off too. I'm hoping that working out more, especially cardio will get me better prepared for these nervous spikes.

I'm almost in the same boat as you @Upwards2020. I am currently 200 lbs and would like to get down to 170 lbs by July. I want to accomplish this with the use of intermittent fasting, weight lifting, and running. I would also like to kick off my get in shape journey by fasting for a couple days and just drinking water. Good luck to us all! May we have the self-discipline to accomplish our goals.
