    Hi fapstronauts
    I hope you all are doing fine.
    It's been 11 days since I have stopper jerking. And with each passing day I am feeling more weakness and lack of motivation. I am still committed to my vows but anxiety makes me break my vows.
    kindly, tell me how to cope up with all this and what should I eat to feel energetic.

    We are on the same boat. 23 days no PMO and each day I Plan to wake up, follow my schedule and get some productive work done but after 2-3 hrs all those plans take the backseat and my body just becomes too lethargic to get things done. This continues whole afternoons. Be strong mate these days shall pass and you'll soon have explosive energy and motivation. Try weightlifting or morning jogs and eat loads of fruits, vegetables and meat/fish. Avoid junk food and sugars. Your brain is craving the Dopamine it used to get through masturbations hence its compelling you to beat the meat. Your current state is proof that you are on the right track so don't feel depressed because of this.

  4. I don't usually watch porn and I don't masturbate, although it has sometimes.
    So I decided to delete the porn videos I had on my computer so as not to fall back into PMO.
    I have not been looking for sexual material on the internet for some time thanks to my willpower.

    Same for me, i'm at day 15.

    And it has been the same all other times i've been on nofap. Around day 15 i'm not only weak, but my legs start being in real pain, my muscles get super stiff (and this time i'm also squatting, atm i can't even walk).
