    If you are attempting this one your own (in terms of details on different aspects of your life) you will have a difficult time. If you truly want to get out of this thing you will have to look at everything with someone else. As PMO addicts our brains are not up to snuff. Our brains have been impacted, and not lightly. So, having an outside perspective will be essential. Others can help you disclose cognitive distortions, and the like.
