Hey guys hope u all are well. From few weeks I had noticed that whenever I saw any video which make my penis erect for a long time. After few minutes of erection I feel extreme pain in my testicles and lower abdomen area(above the penis ). Can anyone explain me what is it? How can I cure this problem? I am avoiding these types of videos a lot but sometimes can't. Please, any cure or something to reduce this pain.

  2. @Unstoppable24/7 I'm not an expert but there is a terminology named blue balls.
Blue balls is the slang term for epididymal hypertension. It refers to aching or painful testicles, which some people may experience after sexual arousal that does not result in orgasm.
Generally edging(masturbating without climaxing) causes such phenomenon. You can climax without porn but regular watching porn without climaxing will result in blue balls. Don't worry it is a common phenomenon and new fapstronauts experience it often.

Do you exercise/lift heavy weight on a consistent basis. I had the same problem a few months ago, and mine was linked to physical activity. I'd highly suggest getting an ultrasound.

I do abs and upper body workouts mostly but never lift any type of heavy weight. From a few days I am well, I think whenever I peek this pain occurs. So now my opinion is to avoid peeking and watching p*rn without m.

I'd still recommend seeking out a physician. There's a lot of possibilities as to what it may be, but I doubt its anything serious, but when your testicles is in pain you should seek medical attention, as they're not suppose to be like that.
