    Checking in.
    I have struggled with fantasy a bit this week. It's sad to have these extreme thoughts in my mind.
    Still nowhere near as bad as they used to be but it's still a problem.
    I could feel it in my intimate time with my gf as well. I had difficulty focusing and keeping calm.

    I also didn't do well with no orgasm this week, I O'ed twice.
    I read the "Cupids poison arrow" book to see how to approach non orgasm lovemaking better.
