Hi there! Entered the nofap community today and I'm signing up to challanges that will motivate me. I relapsed just today, so that's counting 0 days. I'll fight this war until I'm free. My goal is reboot, but as I'm not sure of how many days it will need, I'll set 120 days whitout PMO.

Hey everyone.
I'm new to the group but been working on getting clean for awhile now. I'm on day 9 clean from PMO at the moment.
Goals are:
40 days clean
90 days clean
Never use PMO again.

Had a tough week after a 1 week relapse. Lots of sexual fantasies, thoughts of joining casual sex dating sites. But feeling more stable and strong today!!!
