  3. So I tried doing 100 reps of Hindu Push-ups, Hindu Squats & Bridges, timing myself to see how long it would take, with each taking me;

    H Push-up: 17:25 minutes

    H Squats: 5:33 minutes

    Bridges: 3:13 minutes

    I underestimated how much it would take me to do Hindu Push-ups, as was able to get to 20 comfortably, doing only 10 reps each and needing to take longer break after 50 reps. Now debating weather to keep it and work on doing them faster with good control or start of with 50 before trying 100 reps with the
    H Push-ups.

    I'm surprised that the other 2 went a lot quicker, but pleased with it.

  5. Only did 1 round of

    Hindu Squats 100
    Hindu Push-ups 100
    Bridging 100

    Total taking me around 33:00 minutes of time

    Because I had to do something & didn't have enough time to do the 3 rounds.

    It's seems what's taking up most of my time is the H-Push-ups taking me over 19 minutes & debating what to do. To stick to just 1 round till I can get to 100 reps in the H-Push-ups and of I switch around the H-Squats and H-Push-ups? Because when I did the Squats first when doing the push-ups my legs where shacking quite a lot when struggling to do reps.

  7. So going through this page

    https://ashotofadrenaline.net/the-300-workout/

    Using this routine;
    THE 300 WORKOUT EXERCISES
    Hindu Pushup

    Hindu Squat

    Squat Thrust with Pushup

    But replaced the last one with bridging, but I'm wondering of just using the original and add bridging as a separate thing like with squat assisted chin-ups or suspention strap rowing. Thiugh with how long it took me to do just the Hindu Push-ups, I am not sure if it would be a good idea time wise of I can do it.

    What do you guys think?

    I would use the original and add only 1 exercise you need. Maybe an exercise for arms/bicips

  9. Well I am thinking of that and add 1 set bridging and squat assisted chin-ups up to failure afterwards of the 3 sets of 100 of;

    Hindu Push-Ups

    Hindu Squats

    Squat Thrust with Push-Ups

    Want to keep bridging as of this;

    Also here is the video of how to do a Squat Assisted Pull-Up

    Also tried doing the Squat Thrust with Push-Ups, though no jumping about as I live above a shop and I don't want to cause a issue. Which took me around 24 minutes.

  11. With how long it seems to be taking for me to do this I am wondering if I should just do 1 round and wait till I've improved to do more in a good amount of time, what do you guys think?

    I guess he means to do 1 set of 100 for every exercise. 100 reps of Hindu Pushup, 100 reps of the Hindu Squat and 100 reps of Squat Thrust with Pushup. But keep in mind this will become as hard as hell!

  15. Oh yeah I know, I tried it and it took me 20 minutes to just do the Hindu Push-ups & 24 for the squat thrust, the Hindu Squats are easier as taking me 5-6 minutes. I thought it be hard but manageable, but it would take me way too long & I'm not sure I have the time to try and do it to work on shortening it to around 5 minutes an exercise.
