    36/90 - broke through a bit of a flatline recently and had great sex with a partner. The first few times I wasn't getting as hard then the last time was much better.

    Also, pretty much zero chaser effect which was strange. The journey continues! Good luck all!

    Okay, feeling a bit shameful that I took advantage and used that free pass the urologist gave me to check on my semen in the coming week. Looking at naked girl pics was never part of the deal or suggestion by him.
    It's all on me. Started to feel bad like over a year ago, when I was still fully addicted. I will use that feeling as a reminder of where I don't want to end up again...

    I promise myself to be strong and resist the urges that are yet to come from my actions the past few days.
