So close.. Getting scared. Please help!

    Last few days have been really hard. I finally hit +20 days but today I intentionally searched for porn and edged (not much but still) to it. Please. I need some motivational words to help me out of this state.. I don't want to relapse!

    I am getting the feeling that I am loosing grip. I had sex also these couple of last days so the chaser effect is so hard to fight..
     
  3. I just relapsed today, i had the same symptoms too. The best is to stay away from any porn induced stuff and go outside take a walk or some sport !
    Stay strong bro !

    You should leave your room when you feel the urge, either go for a walk or do sports. Personally, I count my PMO thoughts, if I have more than 3 a day, I will for sure leave the house and stay away from my room on that particular day. And try to move your workstation (PC) to living room or somewhere your friends/family can easily see you while you are in the house.

  6. It was my first streak: 14 days
    I guess it was the first time i felt like that, but if I had decided to go outside I would still be on 14 days. i'll do better next time, i'm already proud myself but i know I can go farther !
    So don't lose to your body, do some realxing exercises outdoor.

    Just continue to remind yourself how horrible it feels after you PMO. You've made all that progress, just to be ruined by 5 seconds of ecstasy. It's not worth it. PMO is just an illusion that your body doesn't even need. Remember that. Keep striving for greatness.

    Fix your thought pattern and it becomes way easier. Stop telling yourself you will do better, because doing better leaves an outlet of still messing up. Tell yourself it wont happen.

    This a lifestyle change, sometimes you make mistakes but it's just about adapting and creating new habits. Keep it up though, you're doing well!

    I relapsed. After 24 days.

    Damnit, I was edging way too much :( Damn chaser-effect.

    But I will get back up and try again!

    Why edge at all? You are just playing with fire and getting your fix in a different way.
