Is this brain fog from porn??

Nobody can tell you if your brain fog is caused by porn. But brain fog IS a common symptom and MUCH increased focus and brain clarity is my number 1 reason for nofap personally.

But you know how you can answer this question? Don't watch porn for 10-14 days. Not a single SECOND.
If your brain fog is gone or at least much improved, you'll have your answer.

 

I experience brain fog and when I reboot for more than so amount of days my brain fog starts clearing up. Bro you don't have brain fog I couldn't even play a single COD WARZONE match on my Xbox because I didn't have clarity. now That Im 52 days I can play several matches and I plan on playing more with more days that pass by

 

I thought I'm the only one who can't play well with a brain fog.
