Relapsed. Instagram is the devil with so many triggering images. I must of course accept the blame for putting myself there in the first place. Recalibrating and starting again. 0/30

I forgot and missed the check in for three days. Here it is: checking in, day 23, 24, and 25/30. Now proceed to day 26.

today I relapsed after using Snapchat to send nudes to girls, ended up in an o.

I never got further than 18 days (and that was a half year ago), so ill try my hardest to do this.
