[90-CHALLENGE] THE NINETY DAYS CHALLENGE !

Day 71/90. Rained all day yesterday and I had a hard time filling all my free time but I read a lot at SPAM REMOVED (spam code #001) - REPORT TO MODERATION.org and that helped me to stay strong. It’s supposed to rain all day again today so I will probably do the same. Wish me luck.

Day 3/90!

Feeling a little ... Not anxious but hyper. Did my walking which helped a bit. Not feeling horny at all and keeping to the list. Just checking in. Getting up this morning was easy and actually felt good. Starting to feel the energy come..

Hello everyone, just coming from the 60-days challenge. Looking forward to beat this challenge together with you

 

Day 1

 

5 days now. Even though i e been at this for a couple years with many restarts i still have many streaks of a couple weeks or more with the longest around 40 days. Streaks i wouldnt have otherwise. Ive maybe looked at porn for 2 hours in the last 2 or 3 months. So all in all i will keep on trudging and i will keep progressing.

I am back! Meanwhile, I started a therapy on my addictive behaviour (alcohol, masturbation, consume) and abstained from booze for 4 months (!). However, my masturbation habits really came back intensively with doing it for several hours at work and many endings... Spring is there, lockdowns are softening and i am vaccinated, so I really want to try again!!!
