Feeling some mild cravings every now and then. My brain keeps trying to mentally justify pmo'ing to myself. But I've never gone 30 days in the last 5 years of attempting to quit.
So I'm keeping myself motivated to finally hit that mark and hopefully by then I'll be far in enough that I won't be mentally justifying pmo quite as much.

Made it to 15 days, I can proudly say that I overcame my urges though now it feels too easy but when I was into that addiction it felt like that its impossible to get rid of it.
Still a long way to go
