    It's the best of times and the worst of times.

    I'm now 8 days clean and I'm climbing out of my rut. I feel healthier, mentally and physically, than I've felt in a while.

    On the other hand, quitting porn is a drag.

    1/3 of the way there lets keep going listening to a really interesting audible book called The effect of Porn on the brain u guys might have heard of it definitely worth the listen, felt a little uncomfortable at first but really got into afterwards. People talked about improvement after as little as 4 weeks away from porn. We're all healing
