Hello. I'm new here, but I have some years of experience in battle against PMO.

I have never reached abstinence beyond 1 month and something that I noticed these last months is that when I start to masturbate after 1 month or even 2/3 weeks I get very sensitive.

I mean... I feel like i can´t control my ejaculation (premature ejaculation) like before. I'm really worried.

Does anyone know if this is natural? Like a natural reaction after weeks of abstinence. Is the premature ejaculation going to pass with more time of nofap or i'm going to need to work a lot with masturbation without ejaculation to exercise my mind and my body?

I'm assuming it's your willy actually getting sensitivity back cause you're not touching your willy all the damn time. Should pass with time on nofap and it might not even correlate to PE during sex.

In conclusion, quit flipping touching yah peter

    Hi Wisdom.seeker,
Your genitals become more sensitive when you abstain for a period. I used to not only have premature ejaculation but spontaneous ejaculation (SEs) all the time when I started abstaining. It's a normal part of the process. Just accept it and let it happen. Once you stop masturbating the PE will fade away eventually. You may still experience SEs or wet dreams.

Hi. Thanks for sharing your experience.
Based on this I feel relieved. Do you know how much time for the PE fade away approximadately?

  5. How frequent is "all the time"? More than once a week? Could you describe this (i.e. would it happen during certain activities, or would you just suddenly have one while sitting or standing)?
Thank you in advance. I'm curious as I've had a handful of involuntary ejaculations, but they often happened during strenuous activities like cleaning or exercise.

It may take a few months to a year. If you want to overcome PE quicker, you can learn to transmute your sexual energy to avoid early ejaculation. I have posted about this on another thread:

    Hi +TenPercent,
At it's most frequent I was having 2-3 per week.
In terms of the situation or triggers, it was quite variable: there would be some occasions where thoughts would trigger it. Other times minimal non-sexual stimulation (like when retracting the foreskin to pee or to wash in the shower) would trigger it. Other times it would happen on its own. I had to move away from wearing briefs (which I wore sometimes like during sports) to wearing loose underwear as the pressure and squeezing sensation of them on my genitals would often trigger an SE. Also the SE's could range from a very slow dribble over a longer period to a sudden squirting release.
