It is all about flatline. Flatline can contiune up to 90 days. In this phase you can not have fully erect penis. And erection quality has a big role on penis size. Good erection will make an average penis bigger up to one inch. After flatline you will see your penis get thicker on erection. Give it a time.

 

Mine has gotten smaller after a few years of NoFap. I went from about 4.75 inches up to 5 at first, but then down to 4.5 inches when fully erect. Not sure why. I'm definitely tugging on it less.
