[Very Important] About spirituality in general and music frequencies

Hi,i want to share very important things,spirituality is the golden key of life with nofap,i'll finish soon my 6th year of meditation,my third eye is opened a lot,i have photographic memory and a sound mind,i see a lot of things with the third eye when i meditate,i eat and drink few,that's crazy in a good way,every human being should meditate everyday.
