    It takes time to recover. You can compare it with the growth of the hair and as for the fears of what's going to happen in the future -we all are going to die one day, that is a certainty and we don't even know when that day is going to come. The best way is to live every day of your live without shame and regrets.Which is a worthwhile aspiration, isn't it?

  6. I'm learning Excel VBA. It basically is for doing a repetitive task using a shortcut. It's good for people who use Excel.

    Edit: My body was sore yesterday. It's less sore. The bottom of my spine was hurting me. After the exercise, the bottom of my spine doesn't hurt. I guess people say the effects of exercise after exercising.

    From today I'm adding one more rule-17) Plan at least one not necessary(but very beneficial for you) task for the coming day the day ahead and do it.I reccomend you to start with Just one or two tasks you are sure to accomplish and expand it from there bit by bit.

    I relapsed. :(
    I don't know what's really happening. Each time I get alone, I eventually pmo. Is it the stress I'm getting almost everyday? PMO made me feel empty. Why can't I live in peace? Anyhow, I improved myself a little. I'll correct my situation.

    Edit:
    I remember a video with a woman talking about personalities. Her cleavage was very visible. Maybe I relapsed cuz of it.

    I think that this is the stress of loneliness that you habitually trying to solve with PMO, next time you find yourself in similar situation do the combat breathing for 5 minutes and go see your friend(s), or call and talk to somebody you like. Hope this will help you.
