The last 2 nights I had nightmares / stupid dreams and it kind of impaired my weekend.
I was in the nature and were not alone, basically all good things. But my mood was slightly depressed all weekend.
Nevertheless I resisted to make PMO a solution to this and I'm glad I endured some bad days.

I should not forget to be grateful about this thread. It really helped me to stay strong. We can do this!

It's hard. The last 2 days I have thoughts about giving up.
I have never achieved 30 days before and it's like the first time I really fight for it. And it's super clean so far.
Probably it's the first time the agony hits me so hard because I not give in but fight it.
Some motivation or tips are appreciated.
