Unfortunately, had a quick 2-day relapse, so I'm restarting.

The action I'm taking now is to use Window's scheduler to automatically turn my computer off at night. This will be a good way to force me away from my biggest trigger time.

I have watched porn everyday but I stopped watching it after a couple of mins....I am trying to control the urge and not masturbate at all...
today it is my 4th day
